Contact LinkToKeep
Reach us about support, a broken download, a copyright or removal request, or sponsorship.
One address covers everything: pranavpatil6251@gmail.com. There is no contact form and no chat widget, so email is the only route that reaches a person.
LinkToKeep is a small independent project rather than a staffed support desk. Messages are read and answered as quickly as the queue allows, usually within a few working days.
A download failed or a tool is broken
Platforms change how they serve media without warning, and a tool that worked last week can stop working today. If something fails, send us enough to reproduce it:
- The public link you pasted.
- The format you chose, and what the page showed instead.
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
Before you write, it is worth checking whether the limits explain it. Private, follower-only and login-restricted posts are not reachable, DRM-protected video is refused rather than unlocked, and downloads stop at 1 GB, one hour of video or 50 items in a gallery. Our guide on why video downloads fail covers the common causes.
Copyright and removal requests
LinkToKeep does not host, index or publish a library of media. It fetches a file that a platform is already serving publicly, hands it to the person who asked for it, and deletes it one hour later. There is no permanent copy on our side to take down, and nothing is searchable or shareable from our servers.
If you hold rights in a work and believe the service is being used against them, write to pranavpatil6251@gmail.com with the work concerned, the page or platform URL involved, the basis for your claim, and how to reach you. Requests that identify a specific source we can block are the ones we can act on.
Sponsorship and partnerships
Placement details and audience numbers are on the sponsor page. For anything commercial, email the address above or reach us on X.
Before you ask about privacy
What is stored, for how long, and what is never kept is set out in full on the privacy and file retention page. The rules you agree to by using the service are on the terms of use page.
