How to download
- Copy the URL of a public post or video you have permission to save.
- Paste it above and select Get media. Wait for the available formats.
- Choose a format and select Download. When processing finishes, select Save file.
Use the post link, not the profile
Open the post that holds the video and copy its address. A profile or search URL does not identify one video. Links from x.com and twitter.com are both accepted, and tracking text after the post ID is ignored.
Pick a quality after inspection
X usually publishes several renditions of the same video. Inspection reports the ones it finds, commonly up to 1080p, so you can trade file size against resolution. A lower cap never sharpens a video that was uploaded small.
Audio is available as MP3
X does not label the audio codec in its format list, so the audio option is offered whenever a track is present rather than hidden. Choose Audio only · MP3 when you want the sound without the picture.
Know the limits
Downloads are limited to 1 GB, videos to one hour, and galleries to 50 items. Files are available for one hour after completion. Availability is checked for each link; private, login-restricted and DRM-protected media are not supported.
Questions before you download
Can I download a video from a protected account?
No. Protected posts need a logged-in session, which this service never uses.
Does it work with x.com and twitter.com links?
Yes. Both hostnames resolve to the same post.
Can I download a GIF from a post?
X serves looping posts as video files, so they arrive as video rather than as an animated GIF.
How do I download a Twitter video without an app?
Paste the post link in the browser, wait for inspection and choose a quality. There is no extension, desktop app or account involved.
Can I convert an X video to MP3?
Yes. Choose Audio only · MP3 after inspection when the post carries a sound track.
What resolution can I save an X video in?
Options follow what the post published, commonly up to 1080p. Nothing is upscaled beyond the uploaded size.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, from a mobile browser. On iOS the saved file usually lands in the Files app rather than the photo library.
