Galleries arrive as one archive
An Imgur gallery link is followed through to the album behind it and its images are collected into a single ZIP with numbered filenames, so the order the gallery used is preserved.
Album, gallery and single-image links
Addresses of the form imgur.com/gallery/… and imgur.com/a/… both identify a collection. A direct i.imgur.com image address is a plain file and is saved as an image instead.
Deleted and limited posts
Imgur removes content over time, and a deleted album cannot be recovered from a link. The service also collects at most 50 items per job and stops at 1 GB.
Know the limits
Downloads are limited to 1 GB, videos to one hour, and galleries to 50 items. Files are available for one hour after completion. Availability is checked for each link; private, login-restricted and DRM-protected media are not supported.

Can I download an Imgur album as a ZIP?
Yes. The archive holds the images the album exposed, up to 50 per job.
Does it download Imgur videos and GIFs?
Animated Imgur posts are published as video files and are handled by the video path rather than the gallery archive.
Why did my Imgur link return nothing?
Deleted or restricted posts expose no media. Open the link in a browser to confirm it still resolves.
How do I download all images from an Imgur album?
Submit the album or gallery link and choose the ZIP option. Filenames are numbered so the album order survives.
Can I download a single Imgur image?
Yes. A direct i.imgur.com address is saved as an image rather than an archive.
How many images can one Imgur download include?
Up to 50 items per job, within a 1 GB total.
Can I download deleted Imgur posts?
