- Copy the URL of a public post or video you have permission to save.
- Paste it above and select Get media. Wait for the available formats.
- Choose a format and select Download. When processing finishes, select Save file.
Photos have their own extraction path
LinkedIn posts are not all videos. LinkToKeep reads images exposed on public photo-post pages. A single returned photo is saved directly as an image, while multiple photos are packaged into an archive.
Video support depends on the public player
For a video post, the video extractor needs accessible media information. A post that requires login may not expose that information. LinkedIn Learning and restricted events are not covered by this public-post workflow.
What we have verified
On 22 September 2026, we checked a public single-photo LinkedIn post end to end on the deployed service. It returned a downloadable JPEG. This verifies that example, not every LinkedIn post or document carousel.
Know the limits
Downloads are limited to 1 GB, videos to one hour, and galleries to 50 items. Files are available for one hour after completion. Availability is checked for each link; private, login-restricted and DRM-protected media are not supported.
Questions before you download
Can I download LinkedIn document carousels as PDF?
Document and PDF carousels are not supported by the photo-post adapter.
Why does a link open for me but fail here?
Your browser may be signed in. The downloader requests publicly accessible media without your LinkedIn session.
Are photo albums supported?
The adapter can collect multiple publicly exposed post images and package them as a ZIP. The live verification used a single-image post.
Can I download a video from a LinkedIn post?
Video posts go through the video extractor, which needs publicly accessible media information. A post that requires a login may not expose it.
Can I download a LinkedIn document or PDF carousel?
No. Document and PDF carousels are outside the photo-post adapter in this release.
Does it work without a LinkedIn account?
Yes, and no LinkedIn password or session cookie is ever requested. The post must be reachable without your account.
Why does a post open for me but fail here?
Your browser may be signed in while the downloader requests the page anonymously. Content visible only to members cannot be retrieved.
